Naruto Whirlpools

| Tokushima Prefecture is widely known for Awa Odori, the leading dance
festival in Japan. AWAODORI-Kaikan provides a realistic experience of Awa
Dances all year round. |
Naruto City, located near Tokushima City, has a long suspension bridge that connects Shikoku with Awaji Island. Naruto is also famous for great whirlpools which result from the rapid tidal currents in the Naruto Straits. |
